Is It A Pyramid Scheme??????

We've previously discussed how times have changed tremendously, allowing more legitimate, and lucrative work from home opportunities for seeking individuals. Yet, there is still an overwhelming amount of confusion and doubt as to which companies to trust. Be that as it may, today I will be providing information to help employees everywhere differentiate between a pyramid scheme a.k.a. ponzi scheme, & a legitimate company.

Things You Must Know:

1.) ALL REAL COMPANIES OFFER AN ACTUAL SERVICE!!

In a pyramid scam, no service is provided, only the opportunity to become an associate. Each associate must pay solely to be an associate each month, and their job is to recruit others to do the same; a case of rob Peter to pay Paul.

For instance, the owner of WHAM (hypothetical company), enrolls an associate for $100 who then goes out to enroll 5 more associates for $100 each. Because of this, the owner then gives the associate who enrolled 5 associates a small percentage. Every month the 6 associates altogether pay $100 a piece just to be an associate who tries to enroll others.  None of these associates make any money until they enroll more people to feed the head of the pyramid.

2.) LEGITIMATE COMPANIES NEVER CHARGE A FEE TO BECOME AN ASSOCIATE UNLESS MARKETING MATERIALS OR PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED UPON HIRING. (Like McDonald's takes your uniform out of your first check.)

Background checks, drug tests, clothing, and marketing materials (sometimes training) are things that Independent Contractors provide for themselves. The opportunity itself, however, is always free.
If the company you're seeking provides actual services, and the associate opportunity is free, then chances are your employer prospect is legitimate!! Be sure to thoroughly review the company's history, associate opportunity details, and compensation plan to ensure that the opportunity is right for you!! Remember you are responsible for your success and future!!

To your success, KB
